The pizza oven has a chrome grill (48x35 cm) at the top. When you use the standard pizza stone, you can bake the most tasty, fresh and authentic Italian pizzas and, without the stone, simply roast the classic -style grilled meat. You can easily control the roast process thanks to the thermometer that shows the interior temperature. When adjusting the chimney and lower ventilation, you can regulate the temperature. You can easily move Redfire Lorenzo to another place thanks to the integrated wheels. To maximize its multifunctionality, the oven can also be used as a fireplace opening the lower part. The delivery contains a pizza oven, a grill and a matching pizza stone. To prolong the life of the oven and keep it as new, we recommend a protective cover.
