Delivery areas

These rates are valid for shipments to peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal (We do not make shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla).


Delivery deadlines

The delivery period is estimated between 3 and 6 working days. For orders made from Monday to Thursday, the delivery deadline begins the next work day. If the order is made on Friday, during the weekend or holidays, the delivery period will begin to count from the second work day.

We do everything possible to meet these deadlines and stay informed about the status of your order. 

Warning: It is important to keep in mind that these delivery deadlines are approximate and can be extended due to factors such as demand, stock, climatic conditions or unforeseen transport. Group transport, by its nature, is slower and sometimes unpredictable.

In no case will we assume associated expenses waiting for delivery, nor the delays in works or projects that may arise due to the delay in the arrival of the merchandise. If your order is urgent, we recommend you consider other options, since we sincerely offer exprés delivery services. We prioritize the quality and proper preparation of your order, which requires this estimated delivery time.


Stock

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product (stock break), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery period once the selected product is available.


CONDITIONS

The courier company delivers during business hours, 08:00 to 6:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday. If you have any delivery preference outside this schedule, you can indicate it in the comment of the order and the availability of the agency in the delivery address will be consulted, this service entails an extra cost of 50€ Deliveries within the business schedule but with a time window equal to or less than 2 hours they have an extra cost of € 20.

Due to the weight of our products, your order is transported by large trucks, so this type of transport has a couple of peculiarities to take into account:

1. Delivery date

2. Material download

Your order will be downloaded in the place closest to your delivery address to which this type of truck can access, it must be taken into account that by company policyTrucks do not circulate on roads without asphalting, and The platform has difficulty downloading in places with a lot of slope or irregular land (Especially if they are heavy materials such as ours), in addition, the transpallet requires a paved surface and without slope to move, it is impossible to drive it on irregular surfaces, gravel or grass.

If the carrier sees that the situation is optimal, he can try to download inside the address, as far as possible, but we cannot guarantee this.
