🧰 Application
Clean the surface, removing dust, mortar residue, grease and efflorescence. If you've used a descaling cleaner, rinse well with water.
Let the substrate dry completely: it must be sound, dry, clean and free of dust.
Do a test beforehand in an inconspicuous area and check the result once dry.
Protect window and door frames, glass and nearby planting.
Apply the first coat with a brush, undiluted and evenly.
Apply the second coat until the substrate is saturated. Ventilate the area and wear gloves and protective glasses.

💡 Professional tip: this product doesn't clean, it protects. If you apply it over a dirty piece or one with efflorescence, you seal the stain underneath and there's no getting it out afterward: first the descaling cleaner, then a thorough rinse, then complete drying — 24 hours minimum — and only then the water repellent. Never apply it in direct sun or with rain forecast in the next 24 hours. For balustrades, calculate by linear meter, not square meter: 1 to 1.5 liters per meter, because balusters have far more surface area than they appear to, and that's the most common miscalculation on site.
