FOB XTREME: extreme water- and oil-repellent protection: invisible, natural protection for delicate surfaces
What is it for?
FOB XTREME extreme water- and oil-repellent protection is formulated to protect surfaces from deep penetration by organic stains such as grease, food and drinks, making them easier to remove without altering the material's original colour. It is ideal as a base protector before finishing interior rustic surfaces and for treating hydraulic mosaic tile. It gives invisible protection with a natural, breathable effect, without creating a surface film.

How to use
This product is ready to use, no dilution required.
Instructions:
For matte-finish materials (indoors and outdoors):
Apply the product with a brush or fleece applicator onto the clean, dry surface, making sure the joints are also soaked in.
Remove any excess product with a clean, dry cloth before it fully dries (10-15 minutes).
For polished or honed-finish materials (indoors and outdoors):
Apply the product evenly, soaking the joints as well.
Before the product dries (10-15 minutes), buff and remove the residue with a microfibre cloth dampened with the same product.
Dry with a dry cloth.
On highly absorbent materials:
Apply a second coat after 8 hours (in high-traffic, humid or outdoor areas).
Optional:
Finish the treatment with a finishing wax on porous materials installed indoors.
The surface can be walked on after 8 hours, and stain protection is active after 24 hours. For maintenance, use a diluted solution of Cleaner Pro.
Attention
Do not apply FOB XTREME on waxed surfaces, during the hottest hours of the day, or if rain is expected. Always carry out a test on a small area to check for possible colour changes. This product does not protect against acid attack.

Natural stone: 10-30 m² per litre
Italian and Tuscan clay tile, and extruded stoneware: 15-20 m² per litre
Hand-made and machine-made clay tile: up to 10 m² per litre
Cement and derivatives: up to 5 m² per litre
Coverage is indicative and may vary depending on the material's absorbency.
