Peñalara Baluster 75 cm: what it is
It's the 13 × 13 × 75 cm baluster in the Peñalara collection, designed for tight spaces where a large-section balustrade won't fit but height is still needed. With the cap fitted, the assembly reaches a total height of 91 cm, the usual protection height for staircases, balconies and terraces, with no need to build up the wall.

🧰 Installation
Level and clean the staircase stringer or the top of the wall.
Set out the spacing between centres along the whole run before drilling anything.
Fit the galvanised dowel at each marked point.
Insert the 13 × 13 cm compensating wedge where the base is sloped, so the baluster stays plumb.
Bed each piece on a pat of bonding mortar, threading it onto the dowel.
Fit the top cap and point the joints once the run has set.

💡 Professional tip: the 91 cm total height is measured from the top face of the base, not from the step. If you're going to lay flooring on the staircase after fitting the balustrade, deduct the thickness of the flooring and its bedding mortar before deciding the height: two centimetres of marble plus its bedding eat into the margin and can leave you below the required height.
