Cinca Wall Coping 49.2 cm: anti-pooling chamfer in vibro-pressed concrete
Standing water on a poorly capped wall causes stains, mould and gradual deterioration of the concrete. The 49.2 cm Cinca Wall Coping prevents this with a chamfered design that channels water off to the sides, while keeping a flat 16 cm central strip to support metal fencing, trellises or balusters.

🧰 Installation
Level the top of the wall and mark the centre line with a string.
Dry-lay the course first: with a 50 cm module, the calculation is straightforward.
Spread flexible bonding mortar with a continuous bead along both edges.
Bed each piece with the flat strip centred and level it with a rubber mallet.
Leave a 3-5 mm joint and point it with elastic mortar.
Wait 48 hours before drilling for any anchor point.

💡 Professional tip: vibro-pressed concrete is denser and absorbs less water, so it bonds less well than a porous piece if the mortar is dry. Lightly dampen the bearing face of the piece before bedding it (damp, not soaked) and use flexible bonding mortar: skip this step and, on façades exposed to the sun, a piece can easily come loose within a few months.
