Aracena Flat Baluster: what it is
It's a concrete baluster with a flat section, 33 cm wide, designed for anyone who wants a balustrade without the traditional vase-shaped turning. The piece is wide and thin in profile, so the run reads as a series of vertical panels: it keeps the classic logic of the enclosure but with a much more restrained look, suiting both new builds and straight-line renovations.

🧰 Installation
Check that the top of the wall is level and free of dust.
Dry-lay the run: being wide pieces, the spacing between them shows far more than with a narrow baluster.
Mark the centres and make sure the two end pieces match.
Bed each baluster on a pat of bonding mortar and plumb it in both directions: the wide face shows up any lean.
Check the run's alignment with a string line at mid-height before the mortar starts to grab.
Fit the wall coping or top cap and point the joints once the run has set.

💡 Professional tip: don't mix the two thicknesses in the same run. On paper the difference between 8 and 10 cm looks negligible, but against the light the shadows change and the panel looks uneven.
