Cierzo Descaling Cleaner - Removes Efflorescence and Stains from Concrete
Cierzo: descaling cleaner for precast concrete
Construction stains and efflorescence don't come off with a household cleaner, and every failed attempt leaves the surface looking worse. Cierzo is a scrubbing cleaner formulated with inorganic acids, surfactants and wetting agents, designed to remove limescale residue and the efflorescence caused by soluble salts in precast concrete.
✅ Key advantages
Descaling power: tackles limescale residue and efflorescence that resist ordinary cleaning.
Formula with surfactants and wetting agents: wets the surface thoroughly and reaches deep into the pores.
High coverage: approximately 1 liter per square meter.
Step before the water repellent: leaves the piece clean so the following treatment can penetrate properly.
Designed for precast pieces: formulated specifically for concrete and artificial stone pieces.
🏗️ Recommended applications
End-of-job cleaning on precast concrete pavements.
Removing efflorescence on artificial stone façades and cladding.
Wall caps, pillars and balustrades with a white limescale haze.
Stained pool edges, porches and garden paths.

💡 Professional tip: this is the first product to use, never the last. The classic mistake is applying a water repellent to a freshly finished job and discovering the efflorescence afterward: once sealed under the treatment, there's no way to remove it without stripping it back. The right order is: clean, rinse thoroughly, let dry for 24 hours or more, and only then apply the water repellent. Always wear gloves and glasses, ventilate if working indoors, don't mix it with other cleaning products, and protect window and door frames, metal and nearby planting beforehand, since that's usually where splash marks end up.
