Duero Tongue-and-Groove Wall Coping: the slab that locks itself into place
Finishing a wall piece by piece, aligning every joint by eye, is slow and never looks quite as neat. This wall coping features a tongue-and-groove system with an acrylic elastomeric joint: each piece slots into the previous one, aligns itself, and the joint stays watertight and flexible. High-strength vibro-pressed concrete, with no internal reinforcement.

🧰 Installation
Level the top of the wall and mark it with a string line.
Start from one end and leave cuts for the other, where the tongue-and-groove no longer matters.
Spread flexible bonding mortar over the entire bearing surface.
Fit each piece into the previous one and press until the joint closes.
Seal the joint with acrylic elastomeric sealant along the course.
Clean off any excess while fresh, before it sets.

💡 Professional tip: measure the wall and divide by 0.5 m before ordering. Since the module works in exact half-metre lengths, if the wall doesn't come out to a round measurement you'll need to cut a piece, and a cut piece loses the tongue-and-groove on one side: place it at one end, not in the middle of the course. Order 5% extra in case any piece arrives chipped.
