Gállego Smooth Wall Coping 1 m - 2 cm Slope and Polished Finish
Gállego Smooth Wall Coping 1 m: easy drainage and a polished finish
A coping with no slope holds water, and that standing water ends up as damp stains and dirt that need cleaning after every storm. The Gállego Smooth Wall Coping has a 2 cm slope to one side so water drains away on its own, with a smooth visible face that gives the whole wall a modern look.
✅ Key advantages
2 cm slope: makes drainage easier and prevents standing water on the wall.
Smooth finish: a contemporary look, suited to both construction and gardening projects.
Less maintenance: in rainy or snowy periods, the coping cleans itself.
1-metre piece: half the joints compared with a 50 cm coping.
Directed drainage: water goes to whichever side you choose, useful for party walls.
🏗️ Recommended applications
Party walls and plot enclosures.
Terrace parapets with drainage towards the inside.
Garden walls and landscaped areas.
Exposed walls on contemporary-style projects.

Check that all pieces drain in the same direction before pointing.
Leave a 3-5 mm joint, point it with elastic mortar and clean while fresh with a sponge.

Single unit, in both widths and both colours.
💡 Professional tip: a 2 cm slope is enough, but only if the top of the wall is level. If the wall sags by a centimetre halfway along and you don't correct it first, the real slope in that stretch drops to just one centimetre and the water stops draining. Run a 3-metre straightedge along the whole top of the wall and level out whatever's needed before you start.
