Segre Wall Coping 50 cm - Double-Slope Coping with a Drip Edge Every 13.5 cm

Segre Wall Coping: the benchmark double-slope coping

After heavy rain, a wall with no drip edge is left with dark streaks that are impossible to clean. The Segre Wall Coping prevents this with its double slope and a drip edge every 13.5 cm, which spread water to both sides and lift it clear of the wall before it reaches the masonry. HAP concrete with no internal reinforcement: no steel to rust.

✅ Key advantages

  • Double slope: water never pools on top of the coping, it falls evenly to both faces.
  • Drip edge every 13.5 cm: stops run-off and prevents stains and streaks on the façade.
  • No internal reinforcement: HAP concrete with no risk of rust or bursting.
  • 8 widths available: from 16 to 50 cm, for slim low walls and load-bearing walls.
  • From 6.1 kg per piece: the narrower sizes go on without any help.

🏗️ Recommended applications

  • Capping for enclosure walls and plot fences.
  • Party walls between plots, where water needs to be shared between both sides.
  • Garden walls and exposed retaining walls.
  • Terrace parapets and outdoor stair copings.

  4. Bed each coping piece, checking it overhangs equally on both faces.
  5. Leave a 3-5 mm joint and point it with elastic mortar.
  6. Clean off excess while fresh and protect from rain for 24 hours.

💡 Professional tip: the coping needs to be centred on the wall. If you shift it and it overhangs more on one side than the other, the drip edge on the short side ends up sitting right over the masonry and water runs straight down the wall: you'll have paid for a drip edge that doesn't work. Mark the wall's axis with a string before laying the first trowelful.
