ACAL – Anti-Limescale Detergent for Loiça Washing Machines (Spain)

Main benefits

ACAL is a powerful anti-limescale detergent, designed for the periodic descaling of professional dishwashing machines, eliminating lime residue and leaving the machine with optimal shine and performance. Biodegradable formula that takes care of the metal and internal components.

Apps and features

  • Chemical base: product based on inorganic acids, with low foam, designed for cleaning and eliminating lime deposits and metallic deposits that accumulate in machine pipes.
  • Purpose: prevention of corrosive attack on the metal and rapid removal of scale, maintaining the efficiency of the machine and its clean interior finish.
  • Applications: recommended to remove limescale deposited in professional dishwashing machines, leaving the machine shiny.
  • Instructions for use: Dosages should be adjusted to the level of encrustation. Into the machine tank, introduce 2.5L of product and run 3 wash cycles only with water and ACAL. On heavily embedded machines, use 5L. Procedure: empty the machine and remove residue, disconnect detergent dispensers if applicable, fill with water and add ACAL depending on the scale state, empty and perform two more wash cycles before washing the dishes. Do not mix with other products. Take care of the aluminum and chrome. Do not use on marble or limestone.
  • Specifications: clear colorless liquid appearance; pH 13.5 ± 0.5 (20%); density 1.04–1.08 g/cm³ (20 °C).
  • Presentation: 5 L high-density polyethylene containers (4x5 L boxes) and 10 L.
  • Precautions: irritant to skin and eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, rinse mouth; DO NOT induce vomiting. In contact with skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water; remove contaminated clothing. Contact the Antivenom Information Center in case of accident. Keep in a dry and cool place, protected from sunlight.
