Biodegradable alkaline degreaser designed for general use in industry, suitable for HACCP plans. Fast and deep action to eliminate burnt grease and grease that is difficult to remove, with proven effectiveness in industrial kitchen environments.
Apps and features
Removes stubborn fats and sticky residues in industrial kitchens, indoor ovens, grillers, hood filters, fryers and walls.
Alkaline formulation for effective descaling of stuck grease; deep defattening action.
Biodegradable product suitable for HACCP environments (after complete rinsing according to cleaning protocol).
Instructions for use: apply by spray or immersion; dilute according to dirt, up to 1 L for every 15 L of water. Leave to act, rub and rinse with plenty of clean water.
In ovens, start cleaning from the bottom up to avoid concentration at the bottom. Tempered surfaces increase efficiency.
Precautions: do not mix with other products; Perform a surface test before cleaning. Skin and eye protection; keep out of reach of children.
