FOG S 510 Extra Strong Degreaser / Descaler | EN

Main benefits

High alkalinity degreaser and descaler, designed for general use in industry, compatible with HACCP plans. Biodegradable and fast-acting product that facilitates the elimination of difficult and burned fats. Its advanced formulation guarantees deep and efficient defatting.

Apps and features

  • Grease removal in industrial kitchens, oven interiors, grills, extraction filters and fryers.
  • Application on walls and surfaces subject to persistent grease; Suitable for food production environments under HACCP standards.
  • Warning: do not use on light alloys (e.g. aluminum). On sensitive surfaces, perform a prior test on a small area. Avoid heat, radiation, static electricity and contact with food. Do not mix with other products.

Instructions for use: Dilute the product up to 4 parts of water depending on the dirt. Apply by spraying or immersion, let it act for a few seconds and rub with a cloth or sponge without allowing it to dry. Rinse with plenty of clean water to remove residue. When degreasing ovens, clean from the bottom up to avoid concentration at the bottom and rinse well.

This product is highly corrosive; Read the precautions and instructions for use before using it. Wear appropriate protective equipment: gloves, eye protection and face protection.

Precautions and storage

  • Causes burns and serious eye injuries. If ingested, rinse mouth and do not induce vomiting. In contact with skin or hair, remove contaminated clothing and wash with water. In contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water for several minutes and remove lenses if possible.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Storage: keep in its original container, tightly closed, protected from sunlight, in a dry and cool place.
