Three-phase compressor 500 L and 10 HP - 1,074 L/min at 11 bar double stage

500-liter Three-Phase Compressor and 10 HP

More than one thousand liters of air per minute at 11 bar on a 500-liter tank, with the high-performance head turning at only 1,000 r.p.m. It is the top-of-the-range piston compressor, the one that replaces a small screw compressor in installations that do not operate 24 hours a day.

It is offered in two versions that differ in the starting system. The standard version starts direct-on-line. The star-delta version includes a control panel that starts the motor in star configuration —at reduced voltage— and switches to delta once it is already running, reducing the starting current peak to one third.

✅ Main advantages

  • 1,074 L/min at 11 bar: flow rate for a complete industrial installation.
  • Two-stage with intercooling and cooler outlet air.
  • 1,000 r.p.m.: the lowest possible speed, maximum durability.
  • 500 liters of reserve for very long cycles.
  • Star-delta option for installations with tight contracted power.

🏗️ What it is for

  • Compressed air networks in industrial buildings.
  • Sandblasting, shot blasting, and paint booths.
  • Production lines with pneumatic tooling.
  • Large workshops with many simultaneous workstations.

📋 Technical sheet

  • Voltage: 400 V three-phase
  • Power: 10 HP
  • Maximum pressure: 11 bar
  • Flow rate: 1,074 L/min
  • Speed: 1,000 r.p.m.
  • Tank capacity: 500 liters
  • Transmission: belt-driven
  • Compression: two-stage
  • Starting: direct (CA-PRO500-10TF) or star-delta (CA-PRO500-10TSD)

💡 Professional tip: the star-delta version is not a luxury: it is what prevents the starting surge of a 10 HP unit from tripping your installation or pushing your electricity contract charge higher on the bill. If your contracted power is tight or you share the panel with sensitive machines, the price difference pays for itself. Check with your electrician before deciding.
