Duero Wall Coping 1 m - Flat Slab with Half the Joints and Zero Rust
Duero Wall Coping 1 m: the large-format flat slab
Every joint in a coping is a spot where water can get in. The 1-metre Duero Wall Coping halves the number of joints compared with traditional 50 cm pieces, and it's made from HAP concrete with no internal reinforcement, so there's no steel to rust and crack the piece over the years either.
✅ Key advantages
Large 100 cm format: half the joints, less layout work and noticeably faster installation.
Built-in drip edge: keeps rainwater off the masonry and the façade free of streaking.
No internal reinforcement: zero risk of bursting or rust stains.
Flat surface: a firm base for trellises, balustrades or planters.
4 colours: Grey, White, Beige and Black to match the façade.
🏗️ Recommended applications
Capping for large-scale enclosure walls.
Terrace and rooftop parapets.
Garden walls and built-in planters.
Boundaries between plots and perimeter fencing.

Dry-lay the whole course first and place the adjustment cut towards the middle, never at the end.
Spread flexible bonding mortar with a continuous bead along both edges.
Position each piece with two people, with the same overhang on each side, and adjust with a rubber mallet.
Leave a 3-5 mm joint and fill it with elastic pointing mortar.
Remove excess with a damp sponge and protect from rain for the first 24 hours.
📦 Available formats
Single unit.
Pallet of 38 units.
💡 Professional tip: with 1-metre pieces, the top of the wall needs to be well levelled beforehand. Bonding mortar isn't meant to build up height: if you try to correct an unevenness of more than 1 cm with extra mortar, the slab ends up bearing unevenly and cracks down the middle at the first hard frost. Level it first with levelling mortar and let it set.
