Method of Use

Mix the aggregate with the resin, using a proportion of 7% of the weight of the aggregate.

For every 3,000 kg, you will have enough to cover approximately 45 m² of surface with a thickness of 4 cm, and 215 L of resin will be needed.

Apply to the surface, smoothing with a trowel and rule, avoiding excess resin at the bottom (drain if necessary).

Under normal conditions, the reaction time is 4 to 6 hours for surface drying and 12 to 20 hours for total curing. After 24 hours, the pavement is walkable.

Important Clarifications

Maintain an expansion joint of 2-3 mm in the frame. This product is not suitable for vehicle traffic or areas with high pedestrian traffic. It is recommended to use aggregates with a grain size between 3-12 mm.

Warnings

For proper application, it is necessary for the aggregate to be washed and well dried.
Do not apply at temperatures below 7ºC to avoid cracking, although adhesion between the stones would be achieved.
Despite the strong bond provided by the product, natural movements such as root growth or strong expansions will not be absorbed by the system.
