Segre Tongue-and-Groove Wall Coping 49.2 cm - Optimal Fixing, Fast Installation

Segre Tongue-and-Groove Wall Coping: coping that locks and grips

A poorly fixed coping shifts, cracks and lets moisture through right where you can least afford it. This piece combines a drip edge and underside grooves that multiply the mortar's grip with a tongue-and-groove system with an acrylic elastomeric joint that aligns the course by itself. Vibro-pressed concrete with no internal reinforcement.

✅ Key advantages

  • Drip edge and underside grooves: optimal fixing that improves the stability of the coping.
  • Tongue-and-groove with acrylic elastomeric joint: faster, cleaner installation with efficient joints.
  • Double slope: water is drained to both faces and doesn't pool.
  • No internal reinforcement: maximum durability and zero rust stains.
  • Pallet of 80 units: 40 linear metres per pallet, simple logistics to calculate.

🏗️ Recommended applications

  • Capping for enclosure walls and plot fences.
  • Party walls between properties.
  • Garden walls and built-in planters.
  • Terrace parapets.

🧰 Installation

  1. Level the top of the wall and mark the centre line with a string.
  2. Start from one end and leave cuts for the other.
  3. Spread flexible bonding mortar, also filling the underside grooves.
  4. Fit each piece into the previous one and press until the joint closes.
  5. Seal the joint with acrylic elastomeric sealant along the course.
  6. Clean off excess while fresh and protect from rain for 24 hours.

📦 Available formats

  • Single unit.
  • Pallet of 80 units (40 linear metres).

💡 Professional tip: the tongue-and-groove system means you must always install in the same direction. If you start from both ends to go faster, the two courses meet in the middle tongue against tongue, and there's no way to close the gap without cutting two pieces. Start from a single side and don't change direction, even if it looks like you're saving time.
