Gállego Wall Coping 50 cm - A Slope That Directs Water to Your Side
Gállego Wall Coping: a single slope, you choose the side
Water that runs off your wall and lands in the neighbour's garden causes more arguments than you'd think. A double-slope coping shares the water between both sides with no option; the Gállego Wall Coping has a single slope that directs all the water to whichever side you choose. High-performance concrete with no internal reinforcement.
✅ Key advantages
Single slope: all the rainwater goes to the side you pick, without spilling onto the neighbouring plot.
Built-in drip edge: lifts water clear of the wall and prevents stains and damp.
No internal reinforcement: high-performance concrete with no risk of rust.
6 widths: from 20 to 40 cm, for low walls and enclosure walls.
Discreet profile: the sloped line gives a clean finish, with no central ridge.
🏗️ Recommended applications
Party walls between plots.
Enclosures bordering a pavement, path or walkway.
Retaining walls where water needs to drain onto your own land.
Garden walls next to seating areas.

🧰 Installation
Decide beforehand which side the water should drain to and mark it on site.
Clean and level the top of the wall.
Dry-lay the course, checking every piece faces the same direction.
Spread flexible bonding mortar with a continuous bead along both edges.
Bed each piece and level with a rubber mallet, without reversing the slope.
Leave a 3-5 mm joint, point it with elastic mortar and clean while fresh.
📦 Available formats
Single unit.
Full pallet.
💡 Professional tip: before laying the first trowelful, chalk-mark on the wall which way it should drain. With single-slope pieces it's very easy to accidentally turn one around halfway through the course, and that reversed piece creates a small pool where water and dirt collect. If you spot it after the mortar has set, you'll have to chip out the whole piece.
