Span door and window openings with the same finish as the wall
The Vetonek Ordizia reinforced clay lintel is a brick beam with concrete and reinforcement, 6 cm deep, in widths of 10, 14 and 20 cm and lengths from 100 to 300 cm. It forms the head of door and window openings in brick partitions and walls without formwork. Its clay face ensures render or plaster bonds just as well as on the rest of the wall.
✅ Advantages
No formwork: it arrives reinforced; just place it and carry on with the brickwork, saving time on site.
Crack-free finish: the clay face holds render and plaster just like brick.
Three widths: 10, 14 and 20 cm for partitions, external walls and thicker walls.
Nine lengths: from 100 to 300 cm, in 25 cm steps.
Low depth: 6 cm, it fits into the course without breaking the bond.
Buy per unit: or a full pallet for the whole project.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which lintel width should I choose?
The one equal or closest to the wall thickness: 10 cm for partitions, 14 cm for medium masonry walls and 20 cm for thicker walls.
What length do I need?
The width of the opening plus the required bearing on each side. Lengths range from 100 to 300 cm, in 25 cm steps.
Does it need formwork?
No. The lintel arrives reinforced with concrete and is placed directly on the bearings.
Can it be rendered or plastered over?
Yes. The clay face gives render and plaster the same bond as the rest of the wall.
How much does it weigh?
From 14.9 kg for the 100 x 10 cm lintel up to 90 kg for the 300 x 20 cm lintel.
Can I buy just one unit?
Yes. All sizes are sold per unit, and also in pallets of 11 to 30 units.
How much does a pallet weigh?
It depends on the size: from about 447 kg (30 pcs of 100 x 10 cm) up to a maximum of 1,000 kg.
Can it be cut?
It is not recommended because it contains reinforcement. Choose the standard length that suits the opening.
