Belt compressor 100 L - 3 HP and 365 L/min, single-phase or three-phase

100-litre, 365 L/min belt-driven compressor

The highest-flow version of the 100-litre belt-driven compressor: 365 L/min at 10 bar turning at only 1,375 r.p.m.. Available in 230 V single-phase and 400 V three-phase, so you can choose according to the installation you have in your workshop.

If you have a three-phase supply, it is worth it. A three-phase motor starts without a capacitor, spreads the load across three phases and does not draw the brutal current peak of a single-phase motor: it runs cooler, lasts longer and uses power more efficiently. If you only have a single-phase supply, the 230 V version gives you exactly the same flow and pressure.

✅ Main advantages

  • 365 L/min at 10 bar: the highest flow of the 100-litre belt-driven models.
  • Two versions: single-phase 230 V or three-phase 400 V, same performance.
  • Only 1,375 r.p.m.: low speed and a long head life.
  • Belt transmission for prolonged daily use.
  • 100-litre air tank on wheels.

🏗️ What it is for

  • Fixed workshop pneumatic installation with several air outlets.
  • Impact tools, sanders and blow guns.
  • Spray painting and bodywork.
  • Workshops using compressed air throughout the working day.

📋 Technical specifications

  • Voltage: 230 V (CA-PRO100-3MF) or 400 V three-phase (CA-PRO100-3TF)
  • Power: 3 HP
  • Maximum pressure: 10 bar
  • Flow rate: 365 L/min
  • Speed: 1,375 r.p.m.
  • Air tank capacity: 100 litres
  • Transmission: belt

💡 Professional tip: if you choose the three-phase version, check the direction of rotation at the first start-up. A three-phase motor turns backwards if two phases are crossed, and the compressor appears to work but gives no pressure and overheats the head. It is corrected by swapping two phases at the terminal block; look at the arrow on the flywheel before putting it to work.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the single-phase and the three-phase version?

The CEVIK-CA-PRO100-3MF is 230 V and the CEVIK-CA-PRO100-3TF is 400 V three-phase. Both give the same: 365 L/min at 10 bar with 3 HP. Choose according to your workshop's electrical installation.

Can I use the three-phase version with an ordinary socket?

No. The three-phase model requires a 400 V three-phase socket. If you only have a single-phase supply, choose the 230 V version.

What should I check at the first start-up of the three-phase version?

The direction of rotation. If two phases are crossed the motor turns backwards and the compressor gives no pressure and overheats the head. It is corrected by swapping two phases; check the arrow on the flywheel.

How many tools can it supply?

With 365 L/min and a 100-litre reserve it serves several outlets with impact tools, sanders or a spray gun, provided that the total consumption does not exceed the flow.

And the maintenance?

It is a belt-driven unit with a lubricated head: check the belt tension, the oil level according to the manufacturer's manual and drain the condensate from the air tank.
