Belt compressor 200 L - 3 HP and 365 L/min, single-phase or three-phase

200-litre belt-driven compressor

Two hundred litres of air tank with a 3 HP unit. It may seem disproportionate, but it is quite the opposite: with such a large tank the compressor runs very long, well-spaced cycles, works cool and spends most of the day stopped. It is the configuration that gives the most years of service per euro invested.

It delivers 365 L/min at 10 bar at only 1,375 r.p.m., with belt transmission. Available in 230 V single-phase and 400 V three-phase.

✅ Main advantages

  • 200 litres: the largest reserve in the 3 HP range.
  • Very well-spaced cycles: the motor works little and lasts a long time.
  • 365 L/min at 10 bar with belt transmission.
  • Single-phase or three-phase according to your installation.
  • Cooler, drier air: the large volume lets moisture condense.

🏗️ What it is for

  • Fixed compressed air installations in industrial units or workshops.
  • Bodywork and paint shops with several workstations.
  • Pneumatic impact tools and sanding.
  • Carpentry, metalwork and industrial maintenance.

📋 Technical specifications

  • Voltage: 230 V (CA-PRO200-3MF) or 400 V three-phase (CA-PRO200-3TF)
  • Power: 3 HP
  • Maximum pressure: 10 bar
  • Flow rate: 365 L/min
  • Speed: 1,375 r.p.m.
  • Air tank capacity: 200 litres
  • Transmission: belt

💡 Professional tip: a 200-litre air tank takes a long time to fill from empty, and that is its only drawback. Leave the compressor switched on all day instead of turning it off at every break: maintaining pressure costs very little energy, whereas filling it from empty three times a day means fifteen minutes of the motor at full load each time.

Frequently asked questions

Why would I want a 200-litre air tank with only 3 HP?

The large reserve means long, well-spaced cycles: the motor works less, runs cooler and spends a good part of the day stopped. It delivers 365 L/min at 10 bar.

Does it take long to fill?

Yes, from empty a 200-litre tank takes longer than a small one. Maintaining pressure costs little energy, so it is best to leave it switched on during the working day.

Single-phase or three-phase?

Two versions: CEVIK-CA-PRO200-3MF at 230 V and CEVIK-CA-PRO200-3TF three-phase at 400 V, with the same performance. The three-phase model requires a 400 V three-phase socket.

What installations does it serve?

It is suitable for a fixed installation in an industrial unit or workshop with several workstations: bodywork and painting, impact tools, sanding, carpentry and industrial maintenance.

What care does the tank need?

The large volume condenses moisture, so drain the water regularly. Install it level and ventilated, and check the oil and belt according to the manufacturer's manual.
