Three-phase compressor 7.5 HP - 875 L/min at 11 bar, 270 or 500 L tank

7.5 HP three-phase two-stage compressor

875 L/min at 11 bar turning at only 1,200 r.p.m.. With this flow you can supply an entire industrial unit: several air lines, large impact tools, sanding and blasting at the same time.

The two-stage high-performance head compresses in two steps with intermediate cooling, which greatly lowers the air outlet temperature and improves the output per kilowatt. You can choose the air tank: 270 litres if space is the priority, or 500 litres if you prefer the compressor to start as little as possible.

✅ Main advantages

  • 875 L/min at 11 bar: genuine industrial flow.
  • Two-stage with intermediate cooling: cooler air and less wear.
  • Only 1,200 r.p.m.: a large, slow head, built to last decades.
  • Choose a 270 or 500-litre air tank according to space and consumption.
  • 7.5 HP three-phase motor with smooth start-up.

🏗️ What it is for

  • Fixed compressed air installations in industrial units.
  • Professional blasting, sanding and paint booths.
  • Workshops with several workstations consuming at once.
  • Production, pneumatic tooling and industrial maintenance.

💡 Professional tip: with 875 L/min available, the bottleneck stops being the compressor and becomes the installation's piping. A half-inch pipe cannot carry that flow without an enormous pressure drop: for this machine, think of a main line of 1" at the very least, in a closed ring if the unit is large. Without that, you will have paid for a 7.5 HP compressor to perform like a 4 HP one.

Frequently asked questions

Which air tank should I choose: 270 or 500 litres?

The CEVIK-CA-PRO300-7.5TF has 270 litres and takes up less space. The CEVIK-CA-PRO500-7.5TF has 500 litres and starts less frequently. Both give 875 L/min at 11 bar.

What piping do I need with 875 L/min?

The air network becomes the bottleneck. The specification sheet recommends a main line of 1 inch at the very least, in a closed ring if the unit is large.

What electrical installation does it need?

It is 400 V three-phase with a 7.5 HP motor. It needs a three-phase socket with protections sized by an electrician.

What uses is it suitable for?

For fixed installations in industrial units, paint booths, blasting, sanding and several workstations consuming at once, making the most of the 875 L/min.

What does two-stage bring?

It compresses the air in two steps with intermediate cooling, lowers the outlet temperature and improves the output per kilowatt. It turns at only 1,200 r.p.m.
