Frequently Asked Questions
What does the R10 anti-slip version mean?
It is the same design with a certified R10 anti-slip finish (slip-resistance class 2), designed for shower floors, terraces, porches and areas that get wet. For walls or dry rooms you can use the standard version.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. It is frost-resistant porcelain stoneware; for exterior floors we recommend the R10 anti-slip versions.
Can I combine the designs with the plain colors?
Yes, the collection is designed for that: the five geometric designs use the same white and graphite as the plains, so they combine perfectly in ceramic rugs and patterns.
How many boxes do I need?
Each box contains 25 pieces of 20x20 cm covering exactly 1 m². Add 10% for cuts and spares: for 10 m², order 11 boxes.
How do I clean it?
With water and neutral soap. Being porcelain, it doesn't absorb stains and needs no waxes or treatments.
What suits me better, boxes or a full pallet?
For renovations and combinations, 1 m² boxes. For construction work from 80 m², the full pallet (80 boxes) has the best price per m² and arrives palletized in a single delivery.
