🧺 Care
Follow the sewn-in label: the manufacturer's data sheet does not publish the washing table.
Count the washes: EN ISO 20471 requires the label to state the maximum number of cycles the certification withstands.
Heat-sealed tape and irons don't mix: direct heat makes the reflective segments peel off.
💡 Tip: Don't confuse RS with GRS. RS is Velilla's segmented reflective tape range, which makes the garment more flexible and breathable; GRS is the Global Recycled Standard certificate for recycled material (references 305632 to 305635). They are different things: this 305508 has segmented tape but its fabric is not recycled.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does RS mean in this reference?
RS is Velilla's segmented reflective tape range. The band is not continuous but in sections and is heat-sealed, which makes the garment more flexible and breathable.
Is RS the same as GRS?
No. GRS is the Global Recycled Standard certificate for recycled material and applies to other references, such as 305632 or 305634. RS refers only to the type of reflective tape.
What high-visibility class does it have?
EN ISO 20471 class 2. The two-tone version 305509 stays at class 1.
How does it differ from the 305612 T-shirt?
In the tape. The 305612 has continuous reflective tape and the 305508 has segmented tape. The fabric, the fabric weight and class 2 are the same.
Can it be ironed?
The data sheet does not publish ironing instructions, but direct heat on heat-sealed tape makes the reflective segments peel off.
What sizes and colours are available?
S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL, in fluorescent yellow and fluorescent orange.
