The long-sleeve version of the cotton T-shirt with continuous reflective tape. Piqué in 55% cotton - 45% polyester, 150 g/m², ribbed cuffs and EN ISO 20471 class 2 certification.

✅ Features

  • EN ISO 20471 class 2 certification: intermediate level of the standard.
  • Long sleeves with ribbed cuffs: cover the forearm and stop the sleeve riding up.
  • Continuous reflective tape on the torso and sleeves.
  • Piqué with cotton: absorbs sweat and feels comfortable during long shifts.
  • Ribbed crew neck with herringbone tape seam covers.

👷 Suitable for

  • Construction and industry all year round.
  • Outdoor work with prolonged sun exposure.
  • Logistics, warehouses and loading docks.
  • Maintenance with a risk of abrasion on the forearm.
  • Base layer under a fleece or jacket in winter.

📋 Technical data

  • Composition: piqué 55% cotton - 45% polyester
  • Fabric weight: 150 g/m²
  • Standard: EN ISO 20471, class 2

🧺 Care

  • Follow the sewn-in label: the manufacturer's data sheet does not publish the washing instructions.
  • Count the washes: EN ISO 20471 requires the label to state the maximum number of cycles the certification withstands.
  • Do not iron over the reflective tape.

💡 Tip: If this T-shirt is going to be worn under a fleece or a jacket, bear in mind that class 2 only counts when the garment is visible. Covered up, it provides no visibility. For winter, the consistent approach is for the outer layer to have at least the same class; otherwise the worker drops a protection level just when there is less light.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it differ from the 305618 T-shirt?

In the type of tape. The 305614 has continuous tape and the 305618 has segmented tape from the Reflatex RS range. Fabric, weight and class 2 are the same.

Why is it class 2 while the two-tone 305615 is class 1?

Because the class depends on the surface area of fluorescent fabric and this T-shirt is entirely fluorescent.

Does the certification count if I wear it under a fleece?

No. Visibility is provided by the visible garment. If the T-shirt is covered, the level is set by the outer layer.

Is it suitable for road work at night?

Not on its own. That use requires class 3.

How many washes does it withstand?

The maximum must be shown on the label, as required by EN ISO 20471.

What sizes and colours are available?

S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL, in fluorescent yellow and fluorescent orange.
