Follow the sewn-in label: the manufacturer's data sheet does not publish the washing table.
Count the washes: EN ISO 20471 requires the label to state the maximum number of cycles the certification withstands.
Heat-sealed tape and irons don't mix: direct heat detaches the reflective segments.
💡 Tip: The four recycled T-shirts line up like this: 305632 short-sleeve single-colour (class 2), 305634 long-sleeve single-colour (class 2), 305633 short-sleeve two-tone (class 1) and this 305635 long-sleeve two-tone (class 1). All four share the GRS fabric, segmented tape and UPF 50+: the only thing that changes the signalling level is the two-tone design.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I lose sun protection by choosing the two-tone version?
No. UPF 50+ depends on the fabric, which is the same as in the single-colour 305634. What drops is the high-visibility class, from class 2 to class 1.
How does it differ from the 305633?
In the sleeve: the 305633 is short-sleeved and this one is long-sleeved. Both are two-tone, GRS recycled and class 1.
Are GRS and RS the same thing?
No. GRS is the Global Recycled Standard certificate for the recycled fabric; RS is Velilla's segmented reflective tape range.
Can I use it as my only high-visibility garment?
Only in environments with slow or controlled traffic.
