Unisex technical T-shirt in GRS-certified 100% recycled polyester waffle fabric, 110 g/m² — the lightest in the batch. It features raglan sleeves, reflective details on the shoulders and back, a chest pocket with heat-sealed zip and EN 13758-2 UPF 30+ certification.
♻️ What GRS means here
GRS — Global Recycled Standard — is an independent international certification that verifies through a third-party audit that the declared recycled material genuinely is recycled and can be traced throughout the supply chain, as well as auditing social and environmental criteria at the factories. In this T-shirt, the main fabric is 100% GRS recycled polyester.
The difference compared with an uncertified «made with recycled materials» claim is that GRS can be submitted as a document in a tender. If the tender scores recycled content, this T-shirt proves it.

🧺 Care
Machine wash at 30°, inside out and with the pocket zip closed.
No fabric softener: it clogs the waffle structure and the garment stops wicking moisture.
Air dry; at 110 g/m² it is dry in less than an hour.
Do not iron, and never over the heat-sealed zip or the reflective details.
💡 Tip: Don't confuse UPF 30+ with high visibility: they are different things. UPF protects you from the sun, it doesn't make you visible. The reflective details on this T-shirt help in low light, but it is not certified to EN ISO 20471 and does not meet a high-visibility requirement. And don't confuse GRS with 4-Xtreme either: 4-Xtreme is a Velilla commercial range, not a fabric or a certification.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is GRS?
Global Recycled Standard, an independent international certification that verifies recycled content and its traceability throughout the supply chain through a third-party audit.
Why is GRS useful in a public tender?
Because it is a supporting document. A generic claim of recycled materials without a certificate proves nothing.
Is GRS the same as 4-Xtreme?
No. 4-Xtreme is a Velilla commercial range, not a fabric or a certification.
Is it a high-visibility T-shirt?
No. It has reflective details and UPF 30+, but it is not certified to EN ISO 20471.
What is UPF 30+?
Protection against ultraviolet radiation according to EN 13758-2. It protects you from the sun, it doesn't make you visible.
What is waffle fabric?
A honeycomb knit that creates air pockets, keeps the fabric away from the skin and speeds up evaporation.
Can I use fabric softener?
No. It clogs the waffle structure and the garment stops breathing.
