Two-tone multi-pocket padded vest

Velilla 205902 two-tone padded vest: the same warmth, in your company colours

It's the two-tone sibling of the 108 padded vest: the same thermal construction — 120 g/m² microfibre outer, 60 g/m² lining and 220 g/m² padding — but with contrast details on the gussets, zip pullers and loops and 15 colour combinations. It belongs to Velilla's Total Match line, designed so that a workforce's vest, Bermuda shorts and fleece all coordinate.

✅ Features

  • 220 g/m² padding: polyester wadding, the same warmth as the single-colour 108 vest.
  • Two-tone as standard: the contrast is on the gussets, zip pullers and loops, not on entire panels, so it's still an understated vest for uniforms.
  • Concealed zip under placket: with a press-stud placket on top to keep out the wind.
  • Windproof armholes: closes off the arm opening, which is where air gets into any vest.
  • Elasticated side waistband: fits at the waist and stops it riding up when you bend down.
  • Bellows pockets: two on the chest with flap, zip puller and Velcro — one with a pen holder —, two lower bellows pockets with a side pocket beneath each, and one inside patch pocket.

👷 Suitable for

  • Workforces with a corporate image that want to identify teams by colour.
  • Construction, installations and maintenance in winter.
  • Warehousing, logistics and delivery.
  • Municipal services, gardening and street cleaning.
  • Workshops and car dealerships, where the contrast gives a uniform finish.

🧺 Care

  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle, without wringing, so the padding doesn't clump.
  • Dry flat or tumble dry on low, shaking the garment halfway through the cycle.
  • Do not iron over the padding or the contrast zip pullers.
  • No bleach: fluorescent colours and lime green lose intensity.

💡 Tip: If you're ordering two-tone vests for a workforce, choose the combination by the base rather than the contrast: the base is 90% of the garment and determines whether the vest looks dirty after three months. Black and navy blue withstand site use much better than grey. The contrast — yellow, orange or lime green — does help to tell at a distance which team is which inside a warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it as warm as the 108 vest?

Yes. It has the same 220 g/m2 padding and the same 120 g/m2 microfibre outer. Only the two-tone finish changes.

Where does the contrast colour go?

On the gussets, zip pullers and loops. They are not entire panels, so the garment remains understated.

How many combinations are there?

Fifteen, on a black, grey or navy blue base with sky blue, red, orange, yellow or lime green contrast.

What is Total Match?

The Velilla line that makes a workforce's vest, Bermuda shorts and fleece coordinate with one another.

Can it be machine washed?

Yes, on a gentle cycle. Don't wring it or the padding will clump.

Can it be ironed?

Not over the padding or the contrast zip pullers.

Which base is best for construction sites?

Black or navy blue. Grey looks dirty sooner.
