Velilla 7 PVC bib apron: a waterproof barrier for wet work

In fishmongers, food workshops, cutting rooms or dishwashing areas, a fabric apron gets soaked in half an hour. Not this model: it is a 470 g/m² PVC apron measuring 94 x 90 cm that repels water completely and wipes clean with a cloth, with no need to send it to the laundry every day.

  • Do not iron or tumble dry: heat deforms PVC irreversibly.
  • Not suitable for high-temperature industrial laundry.
  • Store it hanging and flat: folded with weight on top, PVC develops permanent creases.

💡 Tip: PVC withstands water and grease but not heat. Do not wear it near hobs, griddles or fryers: a splash of hot oil melts it, and the material is not flame retardant. For hot kitchens use a cotton apron (reference 11) and keep this 7 for the wet area.
