GRS V.Dynamix 4-Xtreme Max trousers

Velilla 103035X GRS V.Dynamix trousers: the technical model of the 4-Xtreme Max range

This is the most advanced reference in Velilla's trouser catalogue and the only one with audited recycled material. The main fabric is 91% GRS-certified recycled nylon and 9% spandex, 230 g/m², reinforced with 320 g/m² ripstop in critical areas. It repels water, does not crease, has shape memory and certified UPF 50+ sun protection according to EN 13758-2.

✅ Features

  • GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certificate: not a manufacturer's claim, but a third-party certification that audits the traceability of the recycled material throughout the supply chain, together with social and environmental production criteria. It is a scoring point in public tenders and in specifications with green procurement criteria.
  • 91% recycled nylon: the fibre comes from recovered waste, not virgin nylon.
  • 320 g/m² ripstop reinforcement: tear-resistant fabric (90% nylon - 10% spandex) in the most demanding areas.
  • 4-way stretch and shape memory: stretches in all directions and returns to its shape.
  • Water-repellent and breathable: repels splashes without blocking vapour.
  • UPF 50+ according to EN 13758-2: blocks more than 98% of ultraviolet radiation; relevant for days in the sun.
  • Crease-resistant and abrasion-resistant.
  • Reflective details on belt loops and other areas for additional visibility.
  • 3D hook-and-loop hems: adjust the hem width without alterations.

👷 Suitable for

  • Installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems, with long hours in the sun.
  • High-level technical service and industrial after-sales.
  • Civil engineering and infrastructure in tenders with environmental criteria.
  • Telecommunications and work at height.
  • Companies with a sustainable procurement policy that need to justify the material.

💡 Tip: if you are bidding on a tender with environmental criteria, keep the GRS certificate for the batch, not just the product sheet. GRS certifies chain of custody and is issued per production batch: a tender committee may request the document with the certificate number and scope, and the commercial sheet alone proves nothing.
