Cotton piqué high-visibility short-sleeve polo shirt class 2
Velilla 305512 high-visibility polo shirt: cotton piqué and class 2
This is the high-visibility polo for those who can't stand pure polyester against their skin. 55% cotton and 45% polyester piqué fabric, 150 g/m², from Velilla's Hi-Vis Cotton range, with an unusual advantage: even with short sleeves it reaches EN ISO 20471 class 2.
✅ Features
55% cotton: natural feel and better sweat absorption than a 100% polyester polo.
Class 2 with short sleeves: most short-sleeve polo shirts stay at class 1; this one doesn't.
Reflective tapes on torso and sleeves from the REFLATEX range.
Central button placket and rib-knit collar.
Rib-knit sleeve cuffs: close the sleeve and stop it from riding up.
Chest patch pocket.
👷 Suitable for
Construction work in summer.
Road signage and maintenance during daytime, where class 2 is required.
Logistics, warehouse and forklift operators.
Municipal services, gardening and waste collection.

🧺 Care
Machine wash. As it contains 55% cotton it shrinks slightly more than a polyester polo: the first wash at 60° is when it is most noticeable.
No chlorine bleach: it dulls the fluorescent background.
Do not iron over the reflective tapes.
Use little fabric softener, so as not to coat the retroreflective material.
Withdraw the garment when the colour looks washed out or the tape is cracked.
💡 Tip: because of the cotton, this polo shrinks a little in the first washes at high temperature. If your team washes at 60° in an industrial laundry, order one size up from what you would use in a polyester polo. And remember: class 2 is not the same as class 3; for roads open to traffic or night work you need to add a high-visibility vest or bomber jacket and check the class of the combined outfit.
