Two-tone class 1 short-sleeve high-visibility polo shirt
Velilla 173 two-tone high-visibility polo shirt: visibility that doesn't get dirty so quickly
It is the same short-sleeve polo as reference 172, but two-tone: the lower part of the body and the sleeves are in a contrast colour, so dirt shows much less and the garment stays presentable for longer between washes. It is still class 1 high visibility according to EN ISO 20471, in 100% polyester Bird-Eye of 160 g/m².
✅ Features
Two-tone design: fluorescent background on top and contrast colour below; it hides the wear and grease of daily work.
11 colour combinations: from black/fluorescent yellow to maroon, royal blue, red, grey or hunter green, so each company can keep its image.
Reflective tapes on the torso: they return the light from vehicle headlights.
Contrast ribbed collar and sleeve cuffs: the elastic knit holds its shape; buttons also in a contrast colour.
Chest patch pocket: for a pen or access card.
Bird-Eye fabric: honeycomb structure that ventilates and dries quickly.
👷 Suitable for
Construction and building work, where the lower part of the polo takes a lot of wear.
Logistics, warehouses and forklift operators.
Municipal services, gardening and street cleaning during daytime hours.
Workshops and industry requiring a high-visibility garment.
Fleets and teams that need a recognisable corporate colour.

🧺 Care
Machine washable; 100% polyester hardly shrinks and withstands repeated cycles.
No chlorine bleach: it dulls the fluorescent background, which is what sustains the class.
Do not iron over the reflective tapes.
Avoid excess fabric softener: it leaves a film on the retroreflective material.
Retire the garment when the fluorescent colour loses intensity or the tape cracks.
💡 Tip: watch out for a common confusion: the two-tone version has less fluorescent surface than the plain one, which is why it stays at class 1 while the plain long-sleeve polo (reference 174) reaches class 2. If your risk prevention plan requires class 2 or 3, the two-tone polo alone is not enough: wear it under a high-visibility vest or jacket and check the class of the whole outfit.
