Sika® Aktivator-205 Main benefits
Sika® Aktivator-205 is a transparent and colorless solvent-based adhesion promoter that reacts with ambient humidity and deposits active groups on the substrate. These groups act as a bond between the substrate and primers or sealants/adhesives, facilitating a reliable bond. Designed to treat bonding faces before applying Sikaflex® and Sikasil® adhesives and sealants, it improves adhesion and durability of the fixation.
