The 65% polyester is what lets it withstand repeated washing without stretching out, which is what usually ruins a work sweatshirt.

Machine wash at 30-40 °C, inside out if embroidered.
Air dry; the ribbing on cuffs and hem loses shape in a hot tumble dryer.
Do not bleach.
Iron at low temperature, avoiding the embroidery.
💡 Tip: if you are going to screen print, avoid grey marl. Marl is made by blending fibres of two shades and flat ink looks uneven on top; with embroidery there is no problem, but with single-colour screen printing the finish looks dirty. For screen printing, a solid colour is better.
