Velilla 195 rain suit: two pieces, with the hood tucked into the collar
It is the solution for working in the rain, not just for crossing the street. Jacket and trousers in 100% polyester with 225 g/m² PVC coating, heat-sealed seams and a hood concealed inside the collar. It comes with a carry bag and, unlike a poncho, leaves both hands free and doesn't get lifted by the wind.
✅ Features
Heat-sealed seams: sealed with heat to prevent leaks through the stitching, which is where water gets into a waterproof garment.
Hood concealed in the collar: tucked away when it's not raining, so it doesn't get in the way under a helmet or a safety harness.
Metal eyelets under the arms: ventilation where you sweat most; PVC does not breathe and these eyelets are the only way out for vapour.
Inner mesh on the back: keeps the PVC away from your clothes and reduces the damp feeling.
Elastic inner cuffs and adjustable hem with stopper.
Concealed lower pockets with flap on the jacket.
Trousers with elasticated waist, plastic press studs and side openings to reach the pockets of your work trousers.
Double safety stitching and carry bag included.
👷 Suitable for
Construction work during the rainy season.
Municipal services, street cleaning and gardening.
Logistics, loading and unloading on open docks.
Agriculture and livestock farming.
Maintenance of outdoor facilities.

🧺 Care
Dry spread out before storing: a PVC coating stored damp sticks and cracks.
Clean with a damp cloth; do not machine wash or dry clean.
Do not iron or place near heat sources.
Avoid always folding along the same line: repeated creasing ends up cracking the coating.
💡 Tip: watch the size, because this suit goes over your workwear. If you wear an L in everyday clothes, with work trousers and a sweatshirt underneath you will normally need an XL here. And an important note: Velilla's technical data sheet does not declare EN 343 certification for this reference, so if the tender specifications or the risk assessment require certified PPE for protection against rain with a penetration and breathability class, this suit does not meet that requirement.
