Consuegra Concrete Paver 7 cm - Modular 16 cm wide range
Consuegra Paver: the modular range with a 16 cm width for mixing sizes
The Consuegra Paver is a modular range built on a common width of 16 cm and a thickness of 7 cm. With the three main sizes — 24x16, 16x16 and 12x16 — you can create combined laying patterns without cutting a single piece, because they all close within the same course. Unlike the Sepúlveda, each format is supplied palletised separately, so you decide the proportion of the mix.
✅ Advantages
Common 16 cm module: the three 7 cm sizes fit together in the same course, with no adjustments or cuts.
You choose the mix: each format arrives on its own pallet, so you can define the proportion of the pattern.
7 cm thickness: above the 6 cm pedestrian paver, suitable for areas with vehicle traffic.
Wide range of shades: ash, grey, black, sahara and vulcano.
Wear: class 4 I, Xi<20 mm. Absorption: class 2B, X8<6%.
Intended use: pedestrian use, areas subject to vehicle traffic and roofs.
🧰 Installation
Excavate the trench and compact the natural ground, setting the drainage slope.
Spread and compact a 15-20 cm crushed aggregate base for pedestrian use, or 25-30 cm if there will be vehicle traffic.
Lay a 3-5 cm bedding sand layer, screeded with a straightedge and not compacted.
If you are going to combine formats, decide the proportion beforehand and work with all three pallets open at the same time, alternating sizes course by course.
Confine the perimeter with a concrete kerb or edging so that the paving does not spread apart.
Sweep silica sand into the joints, run the plate compactor with a rubber sole over it and repeat the sweeping a few days later.

Factory shades available: ash, grey, black, sahara and vulcano. Ash, black, sahara and vulcano are priced under the Colour value, which is how the manufacturer invoices them.
💡 Professional tip: if you are going to combine 24x16, 16x16 and 12x16, settle the proportion before ordering (for example 50-30-20) and calculate the square metres of each format separately, because here each size comes on its own pallet and running short on just one forces you to stop the job. Add 5-7% extra for cuts and finishing, and buy everything at once: in shades such as sahara or vulcano, a pallet delivered months later almost never matches. Also watch out for the 24x16x5: its 5 cm thickness is for pedestrian use, so don't use it on a car entrance; that's what the 7 cm sizes are for.
