Two-tone stretch shorts with fluorescent contrast

Velilla 103010S two-tone stretch bermuda shorts

Same stretch fabric as the 103009S bermuda shorts — 46% cotton, 38% EME and 16% polyester, 240 g/m² — but with the contrast in fluorescent colors: fluorescent yellow or fluorescent orange on a black, navy blue or grey base. It belongs to Velilla's Fluor Match line.

Important: the fluorescent color is not high visibility. These bermuda shorts are not certified to EN ISO 20471 and have no retroreflective tape. Here the fluorescent is for looks and a little daytime visibility, nothing more.

✅ Features

  • 240 g/m² stretch fabric with the same elasticity as the 103009S.
  • Fluorescent contrast on the gussets and belt loops, over a black, navy blue or grey base.
  • Fabric reinforcement on the rear and double safety stitching.
  • Elasticated waistband with zip and button fastening.
  • Six pockets: two slash pockets, two double-gusset pockets with hook-and-loop closure and pull tab, and two gusset back pockets.
  • Six combinations and sizes from 34 to 60.

👷 What jobs they're for

  • Construction and renovation work, where the fluorescent color helps tell the team apart during the day.
  • Installation and maintenance work with a lot of bending down.
  • Gardening and municipal services.
  • Companies that want a corporate image with a fluorescent touch without going the PPE route.
  • Combined with the two-tone fluorescent technical T-shirts from the same line.

💡 Tip: Don't buy these bermuda shorts thinking they meet a high-visibility requirement: they don't. If the tender specifications or the risk assessment call for EN ISO 20471, you need a certified garment with retroreflective tape, and these have none. What the fluorescent color does do is make the team stand out during the day on a large site, which is a different and perfectly legitimate goal.
