Cazorla Baluster 65 cm - Choice of Four 15 × 15 cm Shaft Designs
Cazorla Baluster 65 cm: what it is
It's the 15 × 15 × 65 cm baluster in the Cazorla collection, the widest square-section piece in the catalogue. It's made with no reinforcement and using modern precasting techniques, which avoids the rust stains and breakages that ruin reinforced balustrades after a few years. It's designed for enclosures with a particularly refined look: fences, balconies and staircase railings where the piece is seen up close.
✅ Key advantages
15 × 15 cm base: wider than the standard series, giving the run more presence and a larger bearing surface.
No internal reinforcement: nothing to rust and split the piece; a flawless finish and great strength.
Four shaft designs: same size and same cap, four different turnings to match the style you want.
14 to 18 kg per piece: weight that stabilises the run and is still manageable by hand.
Suited to staircases: with the 15 × 15 cm wedge at a 30° angle, the slope is handled with no cutting.
🏗️ Recommended applications
Classic-style fences and plot enclosures.
Balcony and terrace parapets.
Indoor and outdoor staircase railings.
Grand staircases and main entrances.

🧰 Installation
Level and clean the top of the wall or the supporting ring beam.
Set out the spacing between centres end to end of the run before drilling.
Fit the 55 × Ø 0.8 cm galvanised dowel at each marked point.
Bed the baluster on a pat of bonding mortar, threading it onto the dowel.
On a staircase, insert the 15 × 15 cm wedge under each piece to recover level.
Fit the top cap, which ties the run together, and point the joints at the end.
📦 Available formats
Designs 1, 2 and 3: single unit or pallet of 49.
Design 4: single unit or pallet of 36.
💡 Professional tip: on a staircase railing, don't try to correct the slope by tilting the baluster: the piece has to stay plumb, and it's the 30° wedge under the base that absorbs the incline. If you force the tilt instead, the cap only bears on one edge, the joint opens at the top, and that's exactly where water gets in.
