Directions for Use
No special skills are required to apply the resin:
Mix the aggregate with the resin, using a ratio of 7% of the aggregate's weight (1 L for every 14 kg of aggregate).
Apply over the surface, smoothing with a trowel and straightedge, avoiding excess resin at the bottom (drain off if necessary).
Under normal conditions, the reaction time is 4 to 6 hours for surface drying and 12 to 20 hours for full curing. After 24 hours, the surface can be walked on.
Important Notes
To cover 1 m² of surface with a thickness of 4 cm, you will need 64 kg of aggregate and 4.5 L of resin.
Maintain an expansion joint of 2-3 mm in the frame. This product is not suitable for vehicle traffic or for areas with heavy pedestrian traffic. We recommend using aggregates with a grain size between 3-12 mm.
Warnings
For correct application, the aggregate must be washed and completely dry.
Do not apply at temperatures below 7ºC to avoid cracking, although the stones would still bond together.
Despite the strong bond the product provides, natural movements such as root growth or strong expansion will not be absorbed by the system.
