The women's version of the classic white lab coat, in 210 g/m² polyester-cotton twill, the densest in the catalogue. It is not the 539001 with a different label: the pattern is different, with side panels that shape the waist, and the sizing runs from XS to 2XL instead of S to 3XL. Long tailored-style sleeve, belt at the back and three pockets. The short-sleeve version is reference 539003.

💡 Tip: When outfitting a mixed team, order the 539002 for the women and the 539001 for the men instead of buying everything unisex "to keep it simple". The unisex 539004 lab coat exists and is cheaper, but on a female body it is loose at the hip and short in the armhole, and ends up on the coat rack. The price difference is recovered in lab coats that people actually wear.

Why not buy the unisex 539004 for the whole team?
Because on a female body the unisex coat is loose at the hips and tight at the armholes, and ends up unused. The price difference pays for itself in coats that people actually wear.
What size should I order?
By chest measurement. The semi-fitted cut is shaped at the waist, so your T-shirt size is not a reference. If you are going to wear a jumper underneath, go up a size.
Can it withstand industrial washing at 90 degrees?
The manufacturer specifies 60 °C. As it has no elastane or finishes, it tolerates the industrial cycle well, but the white suffers above 60 °C.
Can it be sterilised in an autoclave?
No. The polyester-cotton blend is not approved for autoclaving.
Can I use bleach?
No. Chlorine yellows white polyester irreversibly.
