Velilla 404005 bandana: the Japanese headband that absorbs forehead sweat
It is not a cap: it is a long 100 x 7 cm band that is knotted around the forehead, in the style of the Japanese hachimaki that has taken hold in signature-cuisine kitchens. Its function is specific and not at all glamorous: to stop sweat from the forehead dripping onto the plate.

🧺 Care
Machine washable; cotton can take high temperatures.
Suitable for industrial laundry.
Shrinks slightly in the first washes: this is normal for 100% cotton, and at 100 cm long there is still plenty of band to spare.
Ironing it flat before storing makes it easier to knot.
💡 Tip: the bandana covers the forehead, not the crown, so it does not replace the cap where hair must be contained. In the food industry and in most food handling protocols, a cap or hat covering the whole head is required; the bandana works as a complement, not a substitute.
