Belt compressor 100 L - 3 HP and 365 L/min, single-phase or three-phase

100-liter belt compressor and 365 L/min

The highest-flow version of the 100-liter belt compressor: 365 L/min at 10 bar running at only 1,375 r.p.m.. Available in 230 V single-phase and 400 V three-phase, so you can choose according to the power supply you have in the workshop.

If you have three-phase, it’s worth it. A three-phase motor starts without a capacitor, spreads the effort across three phases, and does not have the brutal current surge of single-phase: it runs cooler, lasts longer, and uses power more efficiently. If you only have single-phase, the 230 V version gives you exactly the same flow and pressure.

✅ Main advantages

  • 365 L/min at 10 bar: the highest flow among the 100-liter belt compressors.
  • Two versions: 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase, same performance.
  • Only 1,375 r.p.m.: low speed and long head life.
  • Belt drive for extended daily use.
  • 100-liter tank with wheels.

🏗️ What it is for

  • Fixed workshop pneumatic installation with multiple outlets.
  • Impact tools, sanders, and blow guns.
  • Spray painting and bodywork.
  • Workshops with air use throughout the day.

📋 Technical sheet

  • Voltage: 230 V (CA-PRO100-3MF) or 400 V three-phase (CA-PRO100-3TF)
  • Power: 3 HP
  • Maximum pressure: 10 bar
  • Flow rate: 365 L/min
  • Speed: 1,375 r.p.m.
  • Tank capacity: 100 liters
  • Transmission: belt-driven

💡 Professional tip: if you choose the three-phase version, check the direction of rotation on the first start-up. A three-phase motor will spin in reverse if two phases are swapped, and the compressor seems to work but does not build pressure and heats up the head. This is corrected by swapping two phases at the terminal block; check the arrow on the flywheel before putting it into service.
