Mesh cap with rigid peak

Velilla 93 mesh cap: rigid peak and ventilation all day long

It is the classic peaked cap, but with a mesh crown. The rigid peak keeps its shape and keeps hair away from the face, and the elastic running around the entire edge means it adjusts itself to any head without the need for sizes or readjusting it every half hour.

✅ Features

  • Rigid peak: does not bend or sag with use, unlike soft caps.
  • Polyester mesh crown: breathable, which is much appreciated in hot kitchens or packaging rooms.
  • Elastic around the entire edge: automatic fit, holds all the hair in place.
  • Four colours: white, black, navy blue and green, to distinguish sections or shifts.
  • 65/35 twill base, 190 g/m²: withstands industrial washing.

👷 Suitable for

  • Food industry and packaging lines.
  • Restaurant, hotel and institutional kitchens.
  • Food workshops, bakeries and pastry shops.
  • Supermarkets: fish, meat and deli counters.
  • School and hospital canteens.

📋 Technical data

  • Velilla reference: 93

  • Weight: 190 g/m²
  • Peak: rigid
  • Fit: elastic around the entire edge

🧺 Care

  • Machine washable; suitable for industrial laundry.
  • Air dry: the tumble dryer shortens the life of the edge elastic.
  • Do not iron the mesh area or the rigid peak.
  • Store without crushing the peak, so that it keeps its shape.

💡 Tip: if you are torn between this 93 cap and the 91 forage cap, look at the peak. The 93 has a rigid peak and works better where hair needs to be kept away from the face and the eyes protected, such as on a packaging line or at a counter; the 91 folds flat and is more convenient if the cap goes in and out of a pocket several times a day.

What colours is it available in?
