This is the fabric cap with a rigid peak and elastic all the way round. That full elastic is the key: it goes on in one move, adjusts itself to any head and needs no ties or hook-and-loop, so workers don't lose time every time they go in and out of the food handling area.

💡 Tip: this cap is made of fabric, not mesh. If the station is next to the stoves or in a hot packaging room, the mesh version (reference 93) breathes much better through the crown. Choose the 404004 when you're after colour and a coordinated uniform, and the 93 when ventilation is what matters.
