Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (provided the garment is not personalised and, if it is an item sealed for hygiene reasons, has not been unsealed). What warranty do Portwest products have?


All our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. It does not cover normal wear and tear.
