Lumpwood Charcoal for BBQ - Long-Lasting Embers and Authentic Flavour
Lumpwood charcoal for BBQ: long-lasting embers and that classic flavour
Lumpwood charcoal is a solid biofuel made from wood sourced from sustainably managed forests. It lights easily, forms a stable bed of embers and holds its heat long enough for you to grill at your own pace, giving meat, fish and vegetables that smoky touch only real embers can provide. It is the go-to charcoal for home barbecues, grill houses and restaurants.

💡 Pro tip: don't start cooking over flames. Wait until the charcoal is covered with a thin layer of white ash: that is when the embers give the most even heat. Store charcoal in a dry place; if it gets damp, it is harder to light and it crackles.
