Velilla 103006 lined trousers: the same trousers as always, with a lining inside
Working outdoors in January in 200 g/m² trousers means being cold from the very first minute. These add a 100% polyester, 185 g/m² plain knit lining sewn along the whole leg, which almost doubles the insulation without making the garment stiff. They keep the six pockets and the usual workwear pattern.
✅ Features
185 g/m² plain knit lining: thermal insulation along the whole leg, not just the upper part.
200 g/m² 65/35 twill outer: resistant to abrasion and frequent washing.
Elasticated waistband with pleats: compensates for the extra volume of the lining.
Safety stitching: reinforcement on the seams under most strain.
Six pockets: two slanted front pockets and four with flap and hook-and-loop closure.
Unisex cut: wide size range from 34 to 60.
👷 Suitable for
Building and construction work in winter.
Logistics and loading and unloading on open docks.
Pockets: 2 slanted front + 4 with flap and hook-and-loop
Waistband: elasticated with pleats
Sizes: from 34 to 60, unisex
Colours: black, navy blue, royal blue, grey and white
🧺 Care
Machine wash at 40 °C maximum.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry: the knit lining becomes matted and loses insulation.
Do not dry clean. Can be ironed at high temperature on the outside.
💡 Tip: the lining takes up space. If your size is a tight fit in the unlined trousers and you also plan to wear thermal leggings underneath, go up a size; with the lining sewn in there is no room to add layers inside without losing mobility when bending down.
