Men's stretch multi-pocket trousers

Velilla 103002S stretch trousers: the multi-pocket that stretches

Bending down, climbing a ladder or kneeling in rigid twill trousers takes effort and ends up tearing the crotch. These use a stretch fabric of 46% cotton, 38% EME and 16% polyester at 240 g/m², which gives in all four directions and recovers its shape. Same fabric weight as the classic multi-pocket, but with real elasticity.

✅ Features

  • 240 g/m² stretch fabric: EME (elastomultiester) provides elasticity without losing body or strength.
  • 46% cotton: natural, breathable feel, not the plasticky sensation of a pure synthetic.
  • Elastic rib-knit inner waistband: fits the waist and stops the trousers slipping down when you bend.
  • Reinforced rear seam: the area that gives way first when flexing.
  • Six pockets: two slanted front pockets and four with hook-and-loop flaps.
  • Slim fit cut and sizes 34 to 64.

👷 Suitable for

  • HVAC, electrical and plumbing installers.
  • Maintenance and on-site technical service.
  • Assembly, warehouse and logistics.
  • Workshops and automotive.
  • Any trade that spends the day going up, down and bending over.

🧺 Care

  • Machine wash according to the label, preferably at 30-40 °C.
  • Don't overdo the fabric softener: it mats the elastic fibres and the fabric loses its recovery.
  • Air dry; tumble-dryer heat degrades the elasticity.
  • Do not bleach. Iron at medium temperature.

💡 Tip: with stretch fabric there's no need to "size up for room". If in rigid trousers you wear a 50 because the 48 feels tight when you bend, here the 48 will probably fit: the stretch covers that margin on its own. Ordering one size up in stretch ends in trousers that hang loose.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is EME?

Elastomultiester, a polyester fibre with elastic properties; here it makes up 38% of the fabric.

How much does it stretch?

It is a workwear stretch: it gives when you bend and recovers its shape; it is not sports mesh.

Is there a women's version?

Yes, reference 103002SW, with a women's pattern and its own sizing from 34 to 54.

What is the fabric weight?

240 g/m2, the same as the classic 103001 multi-pocket.

Should I order one size up?

No. The stretch already provides the margin; sizing up makes the trousers hang loose.

Can it be tumble dried?

Better not: heat degrades the elastic fibres.

What sizes are available?

From 34 to 64.
