Corella Cladding: aged reconstituted stone to dress any wall
Cladding a wall with real ashlar stone costs a fortune, weighs far too much and requires highly specialised labour. Corella Cladding reproduces the look of aged stone with panels just 2 cm thick and weighing 44 kg/m², water-repellent throughout the whole piece and fireproof (class A1), ready to be fixed with tile adhesive on a facade or in your living room.

Truly lightweight: 2 cm thick versus the 10–15 cm of quarry stone. It can be fixed onto brick, block or concrete without structural reinforcement.
Water-repellent throughout: the treatment runs through the entire piece, not just the surface, and resists damp and frost.

🧰 Installation
Check that the substrate is clean, firm and level; it must be able to support 30–50 kg/m².
Spread C2T flexible tile adhesive with an 8/10 mm notched trowel and also apply a thin layer to the back of the panel (double-buttering).
Fix from the bottom up, leaving a joint of approximately 1 cm, using spacers.
Mix panels from several boxes to spread out the natural variations in tone.
Grout with grouting mortar once the adhesive has set and clean with a damp sponge before it hardens.
💡 Professional tip: always order 10 % more than the measured m² to cover cuts and breakages, and buy all the material at once: as it contains pigment, each production run has slight variations in tone and a second batch may not match the first.

¿Cuántas piezas necesito por metro cuadrado?
Con junta de 1 cm: 12,5 piezas en 20 × 40, 8,33 en 30 × 40, 6,6 en 30 × 50 y 4,16 en 40 × 60. Añade un 10 % extra para cortes y roturas.
¿Se puede colocar en exterior?
Sí. Está hidrofugado en masa, no solo en superficie, y resiste heladas y lluvia. Es apto para fachadas completas.
¿Hace falta reforzar el muro?
No. Con 2 cm de espesor y 44 kg/m² se coloca sobre paramentos sanos de ladrillo, bloque u hormigón que soporten 30-50 kg/m².
¿Con qué se pega?
Con cemento cola flexible C2T a doble encolado: llana dentada de 8/10 mm sobre el soporte y capa fina al dorso de la placa.
¿Qué junta hay que dejar?
Aproximadamente 1 cm, rellenada con mortero de rejuntado una vez fraguado el adhesivo. Los rendimientos por m² ya están calculados con esa junta.
¿Vale para frentes de chimenea?
Sí. Es ignífugo clase A1, apto para chimeneas, asadores y locales con exigencia contra el fuego.
¿El tono varía entre partidas?
Al llevar pigmento, cada fabricación tiene ligeras variaciones. Compra todo el material de una vez y mezcla placas de varias cajas al colocar.
